1-Should I weigh my food?
Yes, weighing your food is a mandatory step to ensure you are not exceeding your daily calorie count.
2-Should I weigh food after or before cooking?
Preferably before cooking as food's weight may vary after cooking, especially carbs.
3- Can I lose weight and gain muscles at the same time?
yes, it is called body recomposition and always happens with beginners
4- Can I eat fruits freely?
Sure you can't. Fruits are full of carbs and sugar and will be added to your diet as per your calories and sometimes it won't be permitted at all.
5 - What if I ruined my diet for a whole day?
Don't blame yourself it's okay, yet I'll fight with you Just kidding, please don't starve yourself the next day as you will end up in a loop of binge eating.
6-Can I drink hot drinks like tea or coffee?
Any sugar-free hot drink is considered only boiled water water. No sugar, no problem.

My name is Ahmed elbasuony , a personal coach and bodybuilding athlete, this is only the iceberg of this journey which entails three-sided pillars : Persistence, Vigour, and Unbeatable wil.
Back in 2005, I was a young engineer who sought a better job opportunity in Dubai, this boy was imprisoned in a body that lacked health, vibrance, and fine fettle, till he rebelled against his status.
